Problem Statement

]

Long gaming sessions caused hand fatigue and cramping with existing controllers. Users wanted a gamepad that felt comfortable for hours, worked across PC/console/mobile, and didn't sacrifice responsiveness for comfort.

Solution Statement

]

Redesigned the grip using contoured, weight-balanced shells informed by hand-pressure mapping studies. Added customizable button mapping, adjustable trigger tension, and low-latency wireless connectivity (sub-8ms). Ran iterative prototyping with 3D-printed grips tested across hand sizes.

  • 40% reduction in reported hand fatigue in user testing
